ZMB6 is an essential mineral / vitamin combination with zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6. Zinc and Magnesium contribute to normal protein synthesis, the maintenance of normal bones and play a role in the process of cell division. Zinc and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to a reduction of fatigue and a normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Zinc contributes to normal DNA synthesis and acid-base metabolism, normal carbohydrate and macronutrient metabolism, normal cognitive function, normal fertility and reproduction, normal fatty acid metabolism, maintenance of normal hair, nails, skin and vision, for the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and for the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

magnesium oxide, maltodextrin, capsule shell [gelatin, glazing agent (shellac), color (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide), acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], filler (cellulose gel), zinc sulphate, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), pyridoxine hydrochloride.
