What is the delivery time for my product?

Orders placed before 5:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Your order will be offered at PostNL and from that moment PostNL is responsible for your order.

If there are any questions, our customer service is available for questions or problems regarding the delivery of your package.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we have given your package to PostNL, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace details of your shipment. This allows you to track your package closely.

What if my order has still not been delivered?

If there are any problems with delivery, please contact us. This can be done by telephone (+31 (0) 85 210 50 10) or by email ( info@houseofnutrition.nl ).

When do I have to pay shipping costs?

For countries outside the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, the shipping costs are displayed during the order process during the ordering process.

Delivery during COVID-19

We will ship you during COVID-19 package on the same day as usual (if the order is before 5:00 p.m. posted. The deliveries of our packages are carried out by PostNL and it may happen that your package is delivered a little later than planned due to the pressure. We hope that you can understand this.

However, we stand ready to answer all your questions about your order on every working day between 09:00 and 17:00 answer.

Which courier will deliver my package?

All our packages are shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium delivered by PostNL. The packages for other countries are transferred by PostNL to partners who will further handle the delivery in that country.



My order has been delivered damaged. What now?

That is unfortunate to hear!
Please take photos of the package upon arrival so that we have proof of this poor delivery by the couriers.
