Tryptophan is an amino acid occurring in humans that is used for protein synthesis and belongs to the category of essential amino acids. This means that it cannot be produced by the body itself but must be taken through food. It can promote sleep, reduce anxiety and act as an antidepressant. It also has a positive effect on the development of the muscles.

L-Tryptophan is the raw material for serotonin and serotonin is the raw material for melatonin.

Instructions

Take 1 capsule per day with water before going to bed. Use this product in combination with food as part of a healthy, balanced diet, not as a substitute.

Pregnant and lactating women, persons taking antidepressants (SSRIs, MAOIs) or people with liver disease should consult their doctor before using this product. L-tryptophan can cause drowsiness!
