Instructions

This package is purely intended for people who want to lose weight but also train in addition to adjusting their healthy diet.

Fat Defense - Take 2 to 4 capsules per day approximately 30 minutes before a high-fat meal.

MP3 Burner - this ready-made drink can be consumed before and during exercise.

Liquid Amino - Take 1 to 2 doses per day in addition to your daily diet. Take 25 ml (1 measuring cup) of Liquid Amino per dose added to a glass of water or fruit juice. Take your dose immediately after your workout and before going to sleep.

Yellow Burner - Take 1 capsule in the morning before breakfast on an empty stomach and 1 capsule in the afternoon on non-training days. NB! Do not take too late in the afternoon due to higher caffeine doses.
