Exercising is one of the best ways to keep your body and mind healthy. But what if you miss the motivation to start or keep it up? Everyone sometimes has to deal with a dip in motivation. No motivation to exercise

It is not unusual to have no motivation to be occasionally to play sports. Maybe you have a busy schedule, you feel tired or you don’t see any results of your efforts.
