Week the 9 gelatin leaves in cold Water until they are firm. Then place baking paper on the bottom of the cake pan.
Put the almond flour, the powdered sweetener (to taste), the proteins of two eggs and a bag of baking powder in a bowl. Mix well and divide the mixture evenly over the bottom of the cake pan. Smooth the bottom with a wet spoon. Bake the bottom for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
Heat the milk in the microwave or in a pan until it is hot. Squeeze the gelatin leaves and add them to the hot milk. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved and then add the strawberries. Keep a few strawberries behind for decorating the cake. Heat the mix again.
Put everything in a blender and mix until smooth. Add the protein shake powder and liquid sweetener and possibly a few flavor drops to taste. Blend until it has an even color.
Add the blend mixture to the low -fat cottage cheese and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, stir again and pour it into the cake pan. Leave the shape in the fridge for 3 hours, or until it is completely firm.
Remove the cheesecake from the fridge and decorate with slices of strawberry. Cut with a knife along the edge of the cake pan to loosen it, so that you can serve the wonderful cheesecake.
