Valentine’s Day Special

Chocolate Protein Cupcakes Surprise your valentine!
Or treat yourself. The nutritional values are not very favorable, but still better than any random chocolate bonbon.

Ingredients

Protein powder – 32 grams
Cocoa powder – 1 tablespoon
Ground coconut – 1 tablespoon
Milk – 32 ml
Pure almond flour – 1 tablespoon
90% cocoa chocolate – 40 grams

Equipment

Mixing bowl
4 cupcake liners
Blender
Scale
Measuring cup
Freezer

Instructions

Melt 20 grams of chocolate. Once the chocolate has melted, divide it into 4 paper cupcake liners, spreading a thin layer over both the edges and the bottom. Place these liners in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow them to harden.

For the filling, mix the protein powder, cocoa powder, almond flour, ground coconut, and milk together. Remove the liners from the freezer and fill them with the mixture you just made. Melt the remaining 20 grams of chocolate and use it to cover the top of the filled chocolate protein cupcakes.

Place the cupcakes back in the freezer for another 20 minutes to allow them to harden. Remove them and surprise your valentine with these chocolate protein cupcakes!
